To meet this need, Cleveland Containers supplied an upgraded 8ft New One Trip Shipping Container, converting it into a bespoke storage and workspace solution.

Wright Engineering is a specialist UK company providing bespoke design, installation, and support services across industrial, commercial, and facilities environments. The container now provides a secure, flexible workspace that can be quickly deployed, supporting their day-to-day operations without the disruption or cost of a permanent facility.

We supplied and converted an 8ft shipping container specifically for Wright Engineering. Using our Cleveland XTRAS range, the container was fully ply-lined, creating a clean, durable interior suitable for regular use. A personnel access door was added opposite the double cargo doors to improve accessibility and workflow, while racking was installed along both sides to maximise storage and organisation for tools, equipment, and materials.

Each of these Cleveland XTRAS ensures the container conversion integrates seamlessly with Wright Engineering’s workflow, providing a practical solution tailored to their operational needs.

The container is spot on and exactly what we asked for. It’s being used to store IT equipment once components are returned from completed site installations. After inspection and confirmation that they’re fit for purpose, the equipment is stored here before being redeployed to the next project. It effectively acts as a central holding space, helping to prevent items from being misplaced.
