Topper Units are designed to stack directly onto existing shipping containers using standard twist-lock fixings, allowing operators to build upwards while keeping the existing site layout, access routes, and circulation unchanged. Each internal storage room measures approximately 8ft x 7ft, providing practical, in-demand unit sizes for personal and business storage customers.
All units are wind and watertight, feature multiple air vents for improved airflow, and are built for long-term use on container-based self storage sites.
