Approve Your Quote

Once you’re happy to go ahead, your sales representative will confirm a few key details to make sure delivery goes smoothly. We’ll discuss access routes, potential site restrictions, and may request photos of your site. In some cases, we’ll arrange a quick site visit from one of our approved hauliers to ensure everything’s ready for a safe and efficient delivery.

Invoice and Payment

Once all the details are confirmed, our accounts team will issue your invoice. After payment is received, our transport team will assign your order to one of our trusted hauliers and confirm your delivery date. Then, you can sit back and relax - we’ll take it from there!

Pre-Delivery Checks

The day before your delivery, our transport team will get in touch to reconfirm everything, so there are no surprises when your haulier arrives. All deliveries are scheduled as all-day appointments unless you’ve booked a specific time slot.

Delivery Day

Your container is officially on the way! Please make sure your site contact is available and has their phone handy in case our haulier needs to get in touch on arrival. Our drivers are experienced professionals, so your container will be delivered safely and efficiently.

After Delivery
