20ft Bespoke Office

We transformed a 20ft container into a bespoke office created to meet the customer’s requirements for a safe and practical space.

The aim of this project was to create a versatile and efficient workspace within a 20ft New (One Trip) Shipping Container, providing storage solutions and essential office furniture.

Storage provision was installed in the form of heavy duty racking and a flammable storage cabinet. These additions improve the organisation of tools and equipment but also ensure the safe storage of materials.

Electrics and lighting were installed throughout the unit, consisting of six 240V double sockets featuring USB input, and LED lighting to provide a practical, bright, and energy-efficient workspace. For safety purposes, an emergency exit sign, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher were added.

Further interior enhancements on this project include melamine lining and full insulation to maintain a comfortable temperature and reduce noise. We also installed a heater and air conditioning to provide a comfortable working environment in all weather conditions.

Cleveland Containers Customised Office Space

A window and personnel door were installed on one side of the container to increase the light, visibility and access points of the unit. To finish the room and create a fully functioning office, we included two desks, two chairs, and six coat hooks.

Externally, we also provided container ramps to facilitate the smooth entry and exit of equipment and personnel. To complete the unit, we resprayed the exterior in RAL9010 (pure white), ensuring a unique and durable finish.
