Our modifications team can convert any container into a custom-made unit to suit any customer’s requirements, regardless of size.

In this case, IKM Testing requested a 50/50 conversion. The interior of a 20ft Shipping Container was insulated and melamine lined and a steel partition was installed to split the unit into two rooms.

The side accessed by the cargo doors features a large workbench and cage lockers to assist with storage requirements. A hook rack was attached to the wall, perfect for hanging tools and equipment.

For the other side of the container, a personnel door was installed on the end so that it can be easily accessed. This half featured another workbench and a heater, allowing for comfortable working.

Both sides of the unit feature ample electrics and lighting to create an efficient and productive environment.

This conversion provided IKM Testing with a bespoke unit tailored to meet the needs of their business.
