Parnaby Cyclones

Parnaby Cyclones, a leading manufacturer of washing and separation systems for the recycling and waste industries, has sourced a range of shipping containers from us for its operations. For this project, the team required a dedicated electrical control cabin for one of its wash plants.

Working closely with Parnaby Cyclones, we converted a standard 20ft High Cube Shipping Container into a bespoke electrical control cabin, providing a secure and practical space for use within the facility.

A Bespoke Electrical Control Cabin

The bespoke container conversion included a range of Cleveland XTRAS tailored to Parnaby Cyclones' operational requirements, including:

• Personnel door for convenient day-to-day access.
• Side window with an external security shutter to provide natural light while keeping the cabin secure when not in use.
• Melamine-lined interior to create a clean, professional working environment.
• Electrics and lighting to support the cabin's day-to-day operation as an electrical control room.

The original cargo doors were retained, allowing larger equipment to be installed and maintained when required. Alongside the converted control cabin, Cleveland Containers also supplied another 20ft High Cube shipping container for the project. The two containers are stacked and are connected by elevated steel access walkways and safety railings, forming part of the wider wash plant installation.
