Tanks Returns Policy
Here at Cleveland Containers, we want to make sure our customers always get what they paid for, when and how they wanted it. Your satisfaction is everything to us; your satisfaction means your custom.
If you aren’t satisfied...
If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase you have made with us, small or large, you can return the product to us, where we will issue a full refund or exchange your product for another one, whether it be similar or not.
From the date of purchase, you have up to 14 days to pursue an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied.
Return and exchange details
Any product you wish to return or exchange must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered to you (i.e. with no deep scuffs, rips or drill holes for positioning the sensor – see installation instructions for clarification on this point), and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt for your reference; a copy of the invoice will suffice for us to complete your return.
Please be aware that refunds and/or returns will not be covered under the original postage agreement. If you want to return or exchange an item, the return postage required to deliver the item back to us will need to be paid in full by the customer. This cost equates to £95 for tanks up to and including 2500 litres, and £165 for all tanks over 2500 litres. This cost will need to be paid prior to arranging a collection date. Payment for collection can be made via debit or credit card, over the phone or by BACS transfer. Once the tank is back in one of our depots, we will make the full refund via bank transfer. If, upon return, we find the tank is not in a returnable condition, the tank will not be collected and the cost of collection will not be refunded.
